FINANCE ADMIN

Location: Sweetree Restaurant, Ampang

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500 


Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our team. This role involves handling daily finance and admin tasks such as record-keeping, processing documents, and supporting payments. You will help ensure that our financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date, while assisting the team with reporting and compliance needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records.
  • Prepare, verify, and organize invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Support daily banking activities, including deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Manage supplier payments, petty cash, and staff claims processing in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance-related records such as contracts, licenses, and agreements.
  • Provide support for SST submissions, e-invoicing, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries to support management decisions.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, accountants, and tax agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements: 

  • Malaysian .
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in F&B is an advantage.
  •  Proficiency in Google Workspace; knowledge of Autocount is an added advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of SST, e-invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
